What Do You Want to Explore?
Let’s figure it out together.
No formulas. No programs.
Just real conversations that support you in reconnecting with your true nature: Love, Creativity, and Wisdom.
Sometimes something in life feels stuck, unclear, or ready to change. Sometimes there’s a creative impulse you want to follow, or a question you can’t quite resolve on your own.
You don’t need to have it perfectly articulated.
We can start wherever you are.
At our core, our true nature Holds Three Truths:
Love. Creativity. Wisdom
When life gets loud, we forget.
When things feel stuck, we disconnect.
But the truth is simple:
your deeper self has always known the way.
My work is to support you in hearing that again.
My Approach
I don’t diagnose, fix, or strategize.
I listen for what wants to emerge.
My approach draws on years of training and experience, including work with Landmark Worldwide, somatic therapy through Hakomi, Jungian-informed coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and meditation practices including Rupert Spira’s teachings and Vipassana.
Over time, my work has evolved into something simpler and more direct.
While many traditional approaches focus on analyzing the mind, I listen for what the body is saying. The body often holds the truth long before the mind can explain it.
In our work together, I gently guide people toward reconnecting with their body’s intelligence and awareness.
The experience is spacious, grounded, and deeply attentive.
Who I Work With
People often come to this work during moments when something in their life is shifting, or when something has felt stuck for a long time.
I work with people who are:
Seeking clarity
Feeling something shifting but unable to name it
Moving through change or uncertainty
Feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite unravel
Curious about what lies beneath their surface thoughts
And especially people who feel like they “should be fine”, but sense there is something deeper calling their attention.
Who Might Benefit From This Work
This work can be especially supportive if:
Traditional coaching or therapy hasn’t quite supported you accessing what feels most true
You want a more integrated experience that connects mind and body
You are navigating unexpected life events such as illness, breakups, or job changes
You’re ready to explore the core beliefs that shape your experience
Big emotions feel intimidating or difficult to trust
You want to understand yourself more deeply: what matters to you, what drives you, what holds you back
You want space to look honestly at limiting beliefs and become more comfortable engaging with them
Most of us rarely get the time to truly sit with ourselves — to examine the beliefs and patterns that quietly shape our everyday lives.
This work offers that space.
Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve lived through the fog.
Because I know the power of being seen and understood without being fixed.
Because our inner wisdom is quieter than our habits, but far more trustworthy.
Because clarity changes everything.
And because when people are given the space to truly listen to themselves, something real begins to move.
I create spaces where your real self can breathe.
